“I have not seen my mum in 10 years” Actress breaks down as she opens up about her family

During the Niarobi Diaries reunion Pendo revealed that she left home at the age of 16 to hustle and this is how she found her way into the entertainment industry.
In the emotional episode, Pendo is seen breaking down into tears as she reveals why she broke down into tears when she met her brother in the past episode. The singer talks about missing her parents and their love since she left home at a very young age.

However, what we understand is that Pendo has always had bad blood with her dad who is a bit too strict and judgemental with her current profession.
Speaking during the show, Pendo says she dropped out of law school to pursue music, something that her dad could not come into terms with.
About her mother…well, no one really knows the story behind these two but things can’t be that bad between the mother and daughter. However, 10 years is a long time. Don’t you think so?
