Amor Vittone to appeal Supreme Court Ruling

Amor Vittone has released an official statement following a court’s decision that she would only inherit a TV set from her estranged husband Joost van der Westhuizen.

Judge Hans Fabricius on Monday ruled in the High Court in Pretoria that van der Westhuizen’s 2015 will would be declared his true testament.

Former Springbok scrumhalf Joost van der Westhuizen died in 2017 after losing his battle with motor neuron disease.

The statement was released by a third party on Vittone’s Instagram page, accompanied by the quote: “F-E-A-R has two meanings: Forget Everything and Run or Face Everything and Rise. The choice is yours.”

For Amor, Blood is thicker than litigation Amor Vittone may have lost her court case on loose stones today, but her children are still her rock. And for them she is going to appease to death. Because blood is thicker than litigation. People tend not to see a thing as it is, but as they are. I will, as an outsider, color the picture for you soon. And then, when you see the full picture, decide if you’re going to be the first to pick up a piece of stone and throw it. The Supreme Court ruled today that Amor Vittone lost her case. And to blow the fire, there were many people who blamed her for not even bothering in the courtroom during the verdict. If you may not know how a court works, let’s start with the white powder on the blackboard; First, this is a civil matter and not a criminal case, which means that the client’s advocate argues in court on his or her behalf. You do not have to be there! And, although this matter is important to Amor, it was more important for her to be with her children today. Kylie and Jordan were writing their exams.  she has given her children all the attention, because not only do they come first in her life, that’s also the reason why she fights her in court. Put yourself in this picture: You have two children. Kylie (12) drives horse for the SA team and may participate in the Olympics next year. Then, Jordan (14) who is hearing impaired and has to receive special homeschooling, shines in Soccer and has been selected as the Goalkeeper of the Year for the Gauteng RCFOA team. Like their dad, sportsmen, but now their dad leaves nothing. Amor (47) tries to stand strong. Why should her children go through this trauma, they don’t deserve this trauma. Well, what is intrinsic is that the Van der Westhuizen’s (the opposite of the court case) firstly have no contact with the children or interested in their sport and life, and now a court
