Here is what Amor Vittone is set to inherit according to late husband’s will

Amor Vittone is set to inherit a TV set from her estranged husband, Joost van der Westhuizen. This is according to his last will.

Joost died in 2017, following a battle with motor neuron disease.

His 2015 will was thus declared as his true testament, even though it was not signed by him, but by his lawyer Ferdinand Hartzenber who acted as Commissioner of Oath.

According to Netwerk24’s report, Amor was hoping that the court case outcome would declare the 2009 testament. This is because in it, she inherits everything.

In explaining the court case, Lawyer Ulrich Roux acted on behalf of Joost’s family.

“Joost’s 2015 will has been accepted, and in terms of the will his estate is bequeath to the J-9 Trust, with the two minor children, Jordan and Kylie, being the only beneficiaries of the trust.”

“Amor will only get a television-set that was bequeath to her,” he added in the statement.
