Jussie Smollett’s Empire character cut from final two episodes

Jussie Smollett’s character on popular TV series Empire, will be removed. This will be done from the final two episodes of this season.

This announcement comes after he was charged with felony disorderly conduct for filing a false police report. Police went on to say that the actor faked a racist and homophobic attack in Chicago because he was unhappy with his salary and also wanted to promote his career.

Jussie’s character is being removed from the final two episodes of the season to avoid further disruption on set.
