Khanyi Mbau in new TV show alongside Joyce Skefu and Nokuthula Ledwaba

New TV series Abomama stars Joyce Skefu, Nokuthula Ledwaba and Khanyi Mbau. Others in the cast include Kenneth Nkosi, Don Mlangeni Nawa, Unathi Guma, Kgosi Mongake, Masechaba Mtolo, Leroy Gopal, Sekoati Tsubane, Gabriel Mini and Jerry Phele.

Abomama

It is a religious TV drama series that sees four women sucked into the criminal underworld. They are then forced to turn their stokvel into a money-laundering scheme.

Abomama is produced by Parental Advisory Productions. It is set to premiere on Mzansi Magic on April 8th at 8pm.

“What makes Abomama relatable are these women who represent the mothers, sisters and grandmothers who hold our society together,” M-Net’s Director of Local Entertainment said.
