Mampintsha admits to asking someone to write statement

Last week, Mampintsha was in the news for allegedly abusing his girlfriend, Babes Wodumo. He came out on social media and apologized.

It however turns out that he did not write the rebuttal statement on Facebook. The words in it are his. But Mampintsha asked his close friend who is fluent in English, to write it on his behalf.

He went ahead to say that he and Babes are still together, and when asked if he has abused her, he could not give a straight answer.

Mampintsha once more became a trending topic on Twitter.
