Nasty C being sued for breach of contract

Nasty C and his former record label Mabala Noise, are being sued. They are now facing R4.5 million lawsuit for breach of contract.

Freeworld Music filed summons at the South Gauteng High Court in Joburg. They claim Nasty C owes them R3.5 million for unpaid services.

The company is said to have been appointed by Mabala Noise to serve as Nasty C’s artist manager and management representative of the label on July 18 2016 following engagements by Nkabinde and company director Zyne Marcus.

They discussed terms and clauses which unfortunately, Nasty C did not bring into the contract.
