Kim Kardashian dishes on her secret to success

Kim Kardashian believes her career is so successful because she sticks to five principles – good time keeping, confidence, only doing things she’s passionate about, owning up to her mistakes and making time for herself.

Writing on her app, she said: “While there’s no single recipe for success, I found that sticking to these principles helped me build my businesses and achieve my dreams.

“There are NO excuses for being late, not showing up or not getting your work done. Everyone has other things going on, so if you commit to something, you need to be on time and respectful.

“If you find something you’re really passionate about, figure out a way to make that your job. You’ll work harder if your heart and soul is in your career.

“Whether it’s posting on my own social channels or telling my perspective on our show, I like to be confident in my own voice.

“If I do make a mistake, I learn from it and move on. Don’t blame other people!

“By taking time for yourself, you’ll find inspiration in unexpected places and you won’t exhaust yourself. If you’re too burnt out on work, you’ll half-ass things. (sic)”

And it seems Kim’s tips are proven to have a success rate as she’s recently been announced as as an executive producer in conjunction with Lionsgate on comedy series ‘You Kiddin’ Me’, which has been commissioned to air on Facebook.

The social media site will show 10 episodes of the programme, which is “inspired by Kardashian family antics” as seen in their E! reality series.

The show will feature the kids of celebrities being put in charge of their own parents who must do everything their children tell them.

The show will also invite Facebook users to play jokes on their favourite stars.

Announcing the project, the 37-year-old star said: “I know from first-hand experience that children are wise beyond their years and can come up with the craziest things, so imagine how funny it will be to see them make all the decisions.”

Kim Kardashian Vogue India cover faces backlash

KIM Kardashian may be celebrating her seventh Vogue cover, but not everyone is praising the reality TV star’s latest accomplishment in the fashion world.

The 37-year-old mother-of-three unveiled one of two covers she shot for the March issue of Vogue India this week, sparking negative comments from readers who felt that a South-Asian talent should have been featured instead.

Kardashian is of Armenian descent.

This isn’t the first time the fashion magazine has faced backlash over choosing the famous family. Back in May 2017, Vogue India received similar criticism when they chose Kardashian’s younger sister Kendall Jenner to grace their cover. Vogue Indiaquickly released a statement defending Jenner’s casting at the time.

“In the last 10 years, Vogue India has had only 12 international covers, including Kendall Jenner in 2017,” they claimed. “Therefore, statistically, 90 per cent of our covers are Indian! And we are proud of that. India has given the world so many beautiful faces to admire. After all, we are Vogue, an international brand, and we want to give the love back by featuring some of the best international celebrities on our covers. Occasionally!”

Kim Kardashian and Kanye West welcome their 3rd child

Kim Kardashian and Kanye West welcomed their third child together on Monday. Kim made the announcement on her app.

“We are incredibly grateful to our surrogate who made our dreams come true with the greatest gift one could give and to our wonderful doctors and nurses for their special care.”

The couple used a surrogate as Kim has placenta accreta – a life-threatening condition that caused complications during the birth of her second child, Saint.

US celebrity site TMZ reported Kim was in the hospital delivery room when the surrogate gave birth and was the first person to have skin-to-skin contact with the baby.

Kanye was also there, but stayed behind a curtain during birth. Only once his daughter was born and Kim had the chance to hold her, did he get to hold her.

There is no news on a name as yet.

Kim Kardashian to Visit SouthAfrica.

How time flies, the Kardashian clan is now celebrating 10 years of their show.Keeping up with the kardshians just turned 10 years old and the sisters are dishing on their time on the show.

The Kardshians have shared their highest and lowest moments with us for the 10 years they have been on air.Though the exposure  has brought alot of fame to the sisters all around the world.

The fame has really brought alot of cheques to the Kardashians.Nevertheless,it has  brought  lack of privacy in equal measure for the family.

Channel 24 caught up with Kim Kardashian to discuss about the success of the show and also her plans of visiting southafrica.

Here is the full interview:

ON VISITING SOUTH AFRICA

“We love our vacations and we go on one every year. I haven’t thought we’d have it [this year], but I’m going to suggest [South Africa] today because I think that would be so much fun!

“I’ve been to South Africa, I’ve been to different parts of Africa but I have never been on safari. Every time I’ve planned to go something would come up so I’ve never actually been on safari but I would love to go!”

ON THE SUCCESS OF THE SHOW

“When we started we definitely had no idea. We thought we were going to do one season, maybe two. We had no idea it was going to turn into what it has become and it is just so much fun.

“I love that I get to work with my family every single day and it’s just so much fun to do. It also just happens to be something that we do for a living.”

ON SWITCHING OFF THE CAMERAS

“I think we would miss it. We’ve been filming for so long and the people behind the cameras have become like family to us, so yeah I think we would miss it.”

With cameras filming their every move at all hours of the day, it is only normal to assume it has its challenges. For Kim one of those challenges is questioning whether certain situations they are in should be filmed.

“We’ve done a really good job at letting our guard down so I think the most challenging part is just…sometimes you just get to a point where you question if you should be filming this, whatever the situation is, but we always help each other push through and in the end we always feel so happy that we did it and love the outcome.”

ON FAMILY ALWAYS COMING FIRST

“I really think that overall the one lesson is that we are stronger in numbers and we have like this thing of bringing family together and we value our friendships and relationships with each other and I think an important lesson is just to never let that go.”

She takes a few seconds before concluding: “Family first. Always.”
