Tansey Coetzee speaks about emotional journey to motherhood (Video)

Former Miss South Africa, Tansey Coetzee, has come out to speak about her journey to motherhood.

She and her husband got married in 2014 and started trying out for a baby immediately. After about a year of unsuccessfully trying, she sought medical help and that was when it was revealed she had stage four endometriosis and bladder nodule.

“We obviously didn’t know it was going to be so difficult and hard for us to fall pregnant.”

Tansey and her hubby still had hope and even gave artificial insemination a try. After one failed attempt and stopping through the process of the second attempt, they decided to give baby-making a break for a while.

They then gave it another go and were blessed with a princess.

It’s baby shower number two for Tansey Coetzee – because who needs one baby shower when you can have two

The mommy-to-be looked just as amazing the second time around dressed in a beautiful white maxi dress.

Famous faces at Tansey’s first shower in late February included Bonang Matheba and Shashi Naidoo. This time the beauty queen was joined by singer LeAnne Dlamini, and TV personality Minnie Dlamini.

The pink and white themed function was set in a garden

Tansey Coetzee star-studded baby shower (Snaps)

Tansey Coetzee’s famous friends were all pretty in pink as they attended the beauty queen’s baby shower. Dressed to the T were the likes of Bonang Matheba, Shashi Naidoo, Candice Abrahams and Lorna Maseko.

The pink themed shower was a simple and classy event in honour of Tansey’s little girl.

Tansey Coetzee’s baby shower in photos

Former beauty queen Tansey Coetzee Sodeinde and her husband Kolapo Sodeinde, are expecting a baby girl. Beauty queens gathered to show hr their support when they organized a baby shower for her.

It was a pink themed baby shower that saw Tansey’s guests show out their fashion.

Among those in attendance were Candice Abrahams, Bonang Matheba, Shashi Naidoo and Babalwa Mneno.
