Tansey Coetzee speaks about emotional journey to motherhood (Video)

Former Miss South Africa, Tansey Coetzee, has come out to speak about her journey to motherhood.

She and her husband got married in 2014 and started trying out for a baby immediately. After about a year of unsuccessfully trying, she sought medical help and that was when it was revealed she had stage four endometriosis and bladder nodule.

“We obviously didn’t know it was going to be so difficult and hard for us to fall pregnant.”

Tansey and her hubby still had hope and even gave artificial insemination a try. After one failed attempt and stopping through the process of the second attempt, they decided to give baby-making a break for a while.

They then gave it another go and were blessed with a princess.
