The celebrity of the month in Kenya is definitely Alex Mutuku, the alleged fraudster who broke into KRA’s coffers and stole a whopping 4 Billion.
He’s currently under jurisdiction and the last time we checked he was begging Kenyans to help him post bail which was around Ksh 100,000. Can you believe that?
He made the request on Facebook which is also the channel he used to flaunt his constant travels and newly acquired wealth. At one time he claimed that the sole reason he left Nairobi for places like Tanzania and India was because he was sick and tired of the water rationing which was rampant in the city.
Well, like they always say…his 40 days finally came to a close and a tweet he made in 2014 will definitely help the prosecutor in ensuring his serves jail term for a very long time.
