They then became an inspiration fro many young children who wanted to pursue their dreams. International singer, French Montana spotted the team, and flew all the way to Uganda to have them feature in his video, unforgettable. This struck the attention of millions, and the song hit top in various music charts around the US. The Ghetto Kids have since then featured on magazine covers, hosted on many TV shows, and performed live, at the BET awards 2017.
