Sipapa Runs Broke as he is arrested for Rent defaulting and beating up a journalist

The now broke Sipapa is currently detained at Kira Police Station over assaulting a one Alex Bongole, a Spark TV Journalist who was taking pictures of him when he (Sipapa) was being evacuated from his house.

Even though this is still a developing story, this is not the first time Sipapa has been arrested as a few months ago on 8th May he was charged with violating traffic rules after getting arrested along Kampala road.

Sipapa was once again arrested for being a public nuisance and inconsiderate use of a motor vehicle at Kisekka Market in Kampala, following distress calls from business owners in the area.
