The Entertainment world has woke up to very sad news yesterday. The son to one of Kampala’s re known DJs has passed away.
Jamal, a DJ for laftaz has lost a gem in his life and family. The little boy, fell off a balcony at home. Word coming in says he slipped through the rails, and dropped off the second floor, falling flat to the ground. The Baby Hakeem, was rushed to hospital but could not be saved and died at around 1am. May his soul rest in peace. He has been buried in Pallisa.
XclusiveUg also reported that the little boy was living with his mother and father who works at Laftaz Bar at Centenary Bank. There have also been various posts of warning to different parents about guarding their kids from falling off storyed buildings.
Ykee Benda, one of the artists posted on his face book page,
“I post this with tears….Nothing breaks a parent’s heart like their child leaving this world before them…all the dreams n hopes they have in that child…I met and became friends to this little soul, a son to my bro DJ Jamal. I have no words. This life isn’t fair. NO NO NO
God has his plans, and may his soul rest in Peace. He is up with the angels and will always be with us. Friends, artistes and DJs should support Jamal in this hard time in his life.
