Chagga- “I do not Care If I was Fired”

Some of us are still digesting the fact that Chagga was fired from Goodlyfe but it seems it is about time  we stopped crying more than the bereaved.

Well, because what we hear is that Chagga, real name Geoffrey Kyagambidwa, is not any slightly bothered by weasel’s move to fire him as the goodlyfe manager.

“i do not mind and I do not care that was fired. Before I came into Management, i was a musician and it is what i am embarking on,” he said.

If you remember well before his death, Radio had mentioned that he could never be fired from the Goodlyfe camp because he was responsible for discovering him.

And although the painted picture is that Chagga is out of Neverland , Unconfirmed rumours are doing rounds that the two have settled their differences  and that he will actually resume work soon.

We also heard Mbu Weasel might return Jeff Kiiwa, their first manager.

Singer Moses Ssali alias Bebe Cool has alleged that singer Weasel can’t remain musically relevant after the death of his singing partner, Mowzey Radio.

While appearing on talk and talk show at Bat Valley Theatre, Bebe Cool claimed that Radio was the singer and Weasel was just an escort.

After the death of Radio who was his singing Partner, many have been vocal about weasel’s next step since he has been in the duo for 10 years.

“Radio was the musician and Weasel was just an escort,” Bebe Cool fired shots at Weasel.

He added, ” Let us wait for his new songs. Let him sing again and we see. Radio was the vocalist.”

It is very clear that there is bad blood between  Weasel and Bebe Cool.

In January,  Weasel advised Bebe Cool to just go and bake cakes with his wife, Zuena instead of sounding like Fik Femeica in “Katono”.

This is one of the biggest loses to the Music industry. We have lost a talented star, a musician who has forever kept us dancing to his rhythm. Various artists and celebrities are in mourning for this situation. Here are some of the messages and comments by musicians  on their social media.

Case hospital announces the death of Moze Radio

Various artists are still in shock as they make their way one by one to Case hospital. Jose Chameleon is speechless concerning this whole situation, that has come as a shock to the entire country.Many singes like Chameleon, and Bobi Wine have traveled to Case already.

Radio is Out of Coma and Getting Better.

Dear friends and fans of radio and Weasel, it is time for us to humble ourselves in prayer for our favorite musician who got into an accident and a comma. Previous reports from various sources had previously indicated that Radio, from the popular singing duo, had hit his head during the accident and ended up in a comma. He was then rushed to intensive care unit.

He was then rushed and admitted to Case Hospital, and we are glad to hear news that he is getting well steadily. We got this very report from their official page, were the posted;

“Hi family,

Yesterday night, Radio was involved in an accident and he is currently receiving the best treatment at case clinic.

The sitution i snot alarming as being reported on sociala media by some people. We would like to make it clear that RADIO is getting better and right now is out of a comma. Please disregard all the unnecessary reports going on around.

We do appreciate all your love and support during this time. Continue praying for our brother #Radiology.”

Many of their fans have commented, with get well soon, and quick recovery messages for the singer. Mowzey and radio are known for their hits such as Ntunga, Talk n Talk, Nyambura and many other hits.

We are praying for you Radio. Quick recovery too.

Radio and Weasel release new hit, “Done” ft Locnville

The Ugandan amazing duo, Radio and Weasel, have come out with yet another hit. There were various rumors that the duo had broken up because of a fallout between the two. Thank God they are still together, because the Goodlife Crew needs two people who love to live.

The two young men, who are known for producing music that makes the women go wild, teamed up with South African music duo, Locnville, to produce a smashing hit.

It is a modern video, with four good looking men, singing next to a parked vehicle. This video looks more like a movie, with people chasing themselves on the streets with gangster setting.

Radio and Weasel have also released other songs such as Neera, Ntunga, Zuena, Nkudata, Amaaso,Talk and Talk, Bread  & Butter, among others, all of which are very popular among different youth in the country. The two stars form the Good life Crew, and indeed they live up to their name.

There songs are usually Reggae/ Ragga by Weasel, and RnB provided by Moze Radio. They also sometimes add a dance hall vibe. Amazing video Goodlife Crew. Go and watch this video, and don’t forget to download some of their other hits too.
