Weasel throws out Chagga as goodlyf manager

Since his partner Radio’s death, Weasel has barely settled to further their career. As he revealed recently, he has made some changes in his management especially that he thrown Chagga out as the Gudlyfe manager.

The the two met over 15years ago when Radio and weasel broke off from chameleone’s Leone island and became their first manger but since Radio passed away, their relationship has been troubled.

Chagga has also responded to the information saying that Weasel is a lazy artiste who spends most of his time sleeping even when he is required in studio.

We hope weasel can find his feet once again.

The Faces behind the Amazing Radio Voices (Uganda’s Female Radio Presenters)

Some people love their radio’s so much, they would not miss any of their favorite shows. There could be a sweet voice that you enjoy listening to, and would very much like to see the face behind it. Here are some of Uganda’s finest female radio presenters.

Phyllis Namuwoya

You may have probably heard this name on one of the radio stations, 93.3 KFM. Phyllis does a Sunday show, that runs for half the day. She is an accountant, but has so much love and passion for the music.

Malaika Nnyanzi

There is also a lady behind the D’mighty Breakfast microphones and humor, and this is non other than Malaika. She is also a multi talented young woman.

Lucky Mbabazi

Lucky does a morning show from 6:00am to 10:00 am on the weekdays. If you have heard her voice before, this is what she looks like. Together with Gaetano, they give you the breakfast before your actual breakfast.

Tattu Sophie

Still on Capital FM, you cannot miss to hear Tattu’s voice too.

Qitui Flo

“You Have Left a Huge Gap that No one Will Ever Fill” Lillian Mbabazi Speaks out on Radio’s death

Lillian Mbabazi has finally broken out about how she is during this trying time. Fellow musician, and father of her children, Mowzey radio, passed on at the beginning of the month. He left the songbird in pain and heartbreak with her beautiful children. She said that Moze Radio left a huge gap that no one will ever fill. She wrote on her social media;

“I have been trying so hard to get the strength and words to write something about you papa Asante. I have been in a nightmare and I can’t seem to wake up from it. Knowing that I can’t see or talk to you is very hard for me to understand. You were kind, a SPECIAL human being and the greatest talent of out generation. I am blessed I got to share many moments with you. I am grateful for our amazing children.

Mowzey Radio passed on earlier this month

You have left a huge gap that NO ONE will ever fill. I love you Papa Asante forever and May God give me the strength and courage to raise our children to continue your legacy. To everyone that has reached out and supported me through this time, I want to say thank you so much and I am humbled. May God bless all of you. Papa Asante we miss you and I see you everytime I look into our babies’ eyes.. Words are not enough to express how I feel in this moment. Please rest in Perfect peace. I will be still and know that He is God.”

Radio & Weasel 10 year anniversary Concert coming up

Radio & Weasel are super excited for their 10 years anniversary as they told a press conference yesterday at Kyadondo rugby grounds .

The duo say they have managed to survive despite many music groups breaking up. For this reason they are prepared to bring “fire”.

“We want to give you fire on that day because that is what we know best. Thanks for the support and always allowing us to entertain you.”

The radio and Weasel concert will take place on Friday, November 3 at Kyadondo Rugby grounds. Tickets will cost 20K (Ordinary) and 50K (VIP).
