Salvador blasts Ykee benda and Apass for mocking Fik Fameica’s concert flop

Monday was bloody scene on the twitter verse with Artistes and their fans giving each other blows in places that hurt the most.

APASS looking attractive

It all began when A Pass bragged about how he is too big for concerts and none of his can ever flop. This was a jab a Fik fameica’s poorly attended my journey concert on Friday 14th December that left him in tears.

When Ykee benda tried to defend Fik fameica,  the fans got involved and all went loose. Veteran comedian Salvador managed to shut down the whole mess by putting both of them in their place.

Ykee has the hits that make the ladies cry

My message to A Pass and Ykee Benda … until both of you do a major show… please give credit to Fameica for going all out. Right now he is the teacher … especially you my kid brother, A Pass. Do a show and let the masses judge,” he said in a tweet.

MPs have now become comedians- Patrick Salvador

Renowned comedian Patrick Salvador has lashed out at Parliamentarians over the newly implemented OTT tax and the 1% excise duty saying that it is making our country become a joke to other countries. He was bitter with MPs that are sent by people to Parliament and on reaching there they forget them.

‘’You forget your people when you go there, you are in Parliament driving those big cars but at the end of the day when your tenure is done you will go back to the people you represent. You people in Parliament are becoming comedians and we are now the serious people. People in Parliament, let’s wake up and use our heads not our stomachs and let’s look at this as an injustice to Ugandans’’, Salvador stated.

He further added saying that the new taxation is threatening his job as a social media influencer because he does not have an office and that he only gets most of his deals online. He also said that he does most of his money transactions via mobile money which was also pinned by the new tax.

‘’We earn money off social media as influencers because we have a following of ‘omuntu wawansi’. I personally influence for six brands, do you think my reach will be the same as before?’’

He concluded saying that Parliamentarians should look at this taxation as an injustice because Ugandans have a right to the internet and government cannot tax it.

salvado shifts podium to Nigerian Tycoon

Two weeks ago, we ran a story of Bryan White signing artistes and comedians to his podium and when we talked to Comedian Patrick ‘Salvado’ Idringi, he said no amount of money could buy him to the podium.

The latest we have gathered is that there is a new Nigerian tycoon based in Uganda doing something similar to the Bryan White Foundation.

The company, known as DC, is said to have emerged sometime in February and on Tuesday afternoon they organised a gathering at Freedom City in Kampala where boda boda riders and single mothers were given cash to take home.

Among the people who have allegedly benefited from the company is Salvado, who is said to be working closely with the anonymous tycoon.

We are yet to establish where the tycoon’s money comes from but for now we shall applaud the philanthropy.

Salvador Idringi and Alex Muhangi Resurrect their beef again

Last year, there was a cat fight between comedians, Idringi Salvador and Alex Muhangi.

It all started when Alex  Muhangi got kicked out of Bukoto based Dinners Lounge, where he used to hold his weekly comedy show. The same venue management later hired Salvador’s kid brother known as Toma to run the place, which didn’t go well with Alex, who accused them of betraying him.

He went on social media, blocked Salvador and accompanied it with a long Facebook post branding his former allies ‘mafias’.

The beef was later called off with a reunion show at 400 bar and restaurant in December last year.

Since then, the two have been sighted together, and last week, Salvador performed at Comedy store at UMA show grounds, where Alex hosts his weekly comedy .

Our reliable sources within Salvador’s camp have intimated us that he has vowed  never to work with Alex ever again following a Facebook post he made on Sunday after the premiere of a comedy show, “The Comic” on NBS,  hosted and pioneered by Salvador.  It is aimed at looking for the next big local comedian.

“The Comic & NBS,This is what am thinking..Get that Car,give it to Mc Mariachi and we call it a day.Bino Mutukoyeza Bwerere,” Alex posted.

Salvador  believes this is a total diss and a huge character assassination aimed at killing a successful project he has dreamed of all his life .

“He actually regrets performing at UMA last week, he is bitter with Alex because he is also a product of a talent search. Why would he  downplay his hustle yet he is a stakeholder in the comedy industry,” a source wondered.

Close friends say Alex is a ‘baby’ in an adult skin.

He is too emotional and rarely separates business from his feelings.

Salvador Idringi’s Man from Ombokolo comedy show is his solo show in its second edition and it rocked.

The seasoned comedian gave the crowd belly aches from laughing too hard with his signature dance moves and accent.

He joked about rich people, various Ugandan tribes and his origin of Ombokolo. The show was hosted by fellow comedian Mc Vex and musical performances by Ykee benda, Nutty Neithan and Fik Meika.

Ann Kansiime And Hubby avoid each other at Salvador show

Ann with a friend at the show

Ann Kansiime and Husband Ojok have gone through serious marital issues as we have reported before.

The two completely avoided each other at Salvador’s “Man from Ombokolo show”. They arrived separetly as Ann Kansiime came with friends while Ojok sat sadly in a dark corner.

This is as if to serve a confirmation that they have completely split up from each other. The reason for their split is that reportedly, Kansiime cannot give birth Naturally.

This has caused pressure from Ojok’s Family causing them to call it quits.
