Hacker demands USD 300 after taking over her account

Maureen Nantume has joined the growing number of celebrities whose Instagram accounts have been targeted by money hungry hackers who hold the accounts for ransom.

The hacker, who left a number to call in case the owner wanted to retrieve her account, demanded over USD300 to give her the rights of ownership again.

Maureen made it a point to warn her followers of the development and is considering opening a new account instead of paying up which will entice them to come back for more.

Luckily for her, her business is not primarily online which thankfully doesn’t affect her as much compared to social media influmcers like Zari who has had her accounts targeted several times.

Beenie Gunter claims he is musically sorted for the next 5 years

Fast rising Dancehall artiste Beenie Gunter has released a couple of hits so far including his newest jam a collabo with rapper big trill that has become a regular with DJs everywhere.

According to Beenie, there’s more where that came from as he reveals  he has 60 songs already recorded that he will release over the course of the year and beyond.

The songs he says can take him for the next five years. He says his work has been eased since he established his own studio.

Bad Black has taken over snapchat recently and has made it even more exciting for people on the platform. Alot of her content has landed her in a pot of horseshit with the police claiming she is spreading immorality.
However for this one, she ie letting on a interesting piece of news. Sheofficially confirmed on snapchat that she is expecting  a baby.

Badblack who has two young sons claims she doesn’t know the father of her child since she sleeps with several men.

She had earlier confessed that she was beaten by one of  her clients to stop prostitution. We remain to see what happens to the hustler.

What we can say is that he is slowly mastering the genre from his usual sensual RnB feel.

Vinka Releases new hit song Mapozi

Vinka has yet again dropped a brand new song, “Mapozi” loosely translated as ‘Poses’.

“Mapozi” sounds and rhythms like a typical ‘Vinka’ hit songs that we are  accustomed to. It’s more similar to her single “Omukwano gwo” that has dominated charts.

 

The song was written by Yesse Oman Rafiki and produced by Eli Arkhis.

 

The video is yet to be released but word on street is that the video was directed by Sasha Vybz.

Arch bishop Lwanga wants Tithe deducted from Salaries

The Devil works hard but the church works harder. Apparently the Arch bishop of the catholic church wants tithe deducted directly from peoples salary as a measure to support its work.

“In developed countries, they do it. If you earn Shs1,000, the church takes of Shs100 like that because people don’t go to church but want to continue supporting its work,” Kizito said.

Ugandans are not very happy with this suggestion.

“We already have enough taxes on our back. Now the Church – where we run for solace is also planning to squeeze us the more?” A one Joseph Mafabi argued.

They are most commonly know for their collaboration with Swangz Avenue’s Vinka in Over dose.

The colorful video, directed by Zyga Phix, is enriched with an oldskool theme which gives the eye a variety to watch.

Zari detained at UK Airport for immigration issues

Zari the bosslady celebrated her 38 birthday this year in a fabulous over the op party in London. The news we have heard though is that she was detained at the airport for several hours pending some immigration issues.

The socialite who says she is a british national was outted by one instagram wannabe to who she responded.

“Thank you Lord for my bday. Another homeless whore out there posting ma Gov doc. Bitch its 1980 whether u like it or not. I did day for my citizenship reasons. Again am glad to give you sleepless night bwahahaha 43 yr old don’t look like me,” she posted.

Zari’s angry post was in response to her Tanzanian nemesis Mange Kimambi who reported that she was detained because she was using a fake passport to gain entry into the European country.

Ms Kimambi said that Zari was detained due to forgery. In a social media post, Kimambi suggested that Zari faked her age on her passport and following her detention in the airport.

Zari responded that despite all that life has tossed her way, she would be picked over Kimambi any day.

“Even if I looked 75 like this, they’d still choose me over you. Asylum seeker divorced dumped b….. God created me on Sunday. Look at me looking 75 but still hawwwt. Don’t we all want to be ZARI THE BOSSLADY. Spell it right on your way out,” Zari posted.

Geosteady and Fik Fameica land performance deal in Qatar

Singers Geosteady and Fik Fameica have landed a juicy deal to perform in Doha, Qatar.

 

They will be performing at the Intercontinental Hotel ( Al Jahwara Ballroom ) on Friday 13th July.

 

Besides the music from Fik Fameika and Geosteady, the revellers are expected to enjoy live mixes from Ugandan deejay Swalez.

 

The event is organised by  Mulongo events, a Ugandan events company based in Qatar.

News reaching our desk is that Luzinda is in talks with Urban Tv producers to acquire her own show. the show will be motivational where she hosts inspirational women who will tell of their journey to success.

Geosteady in an interview with New Vision’s intimate clearly said he doesn’t love her despite the fact that they have a child together.

Prim was however seen waitin for him backstage the KCCA carnival where he was performing last Friday.

She says they only had a few issues and had never broken up

Rema Fans Conned by Secondary School Boys

Upcoming artists and Rema fans have for a year been conned by 2 high school boys from Old Kamapala Secondary School.

These boys aged 17 and 16, lie to upcoming artists that they can get them promotions and collabos from Rema and disappear after collecting full payment.

The recent victim, a female upcoming artist became suspicious and called police who arrested the two as they came to collect their money.

Rema warns her fans to be vigilant as she does not request money from them. She also cautions on the fake Facebook pages that confuse people.
