Uganda Takes Down Lesotho in AFCON Qualifier

I don’t really know what you where dong over the weekend, but we were at Mandela National Stadium watching our very own country, Uganda take down Lesotho. Farouq Miya gave an amazing Penalty kick, that left the crowd roaring, as Uganda emerged successful in the match. One of our other favorites, Emmanuel Okwi,  gave Uganda a lead in the 11th and 63rd minute of match, giving us something to boast about in the AFCON 2019 qualifiers.

Fans celebrate Uganda’s victory

This gives Uganda a lead in the Group L, with 7 points. Following is Cape Verde with 4, Lesotho 2 and Tanfootball 1. Uganda will now head to Lesotho for a return leg which will be played on Tuesday next week. Congratulations to the Uganda Cranes
