Another Kenyan Set for International Award

Named in Black women in Europe Power list 2012 and recently awarded UKAA Lifetime Achievement award, Pauline Long is a Kenyan born entrepreneur, philanthropist, fashion designer, mentor, motivational speaker, writer and TV presenter and who will feature for Lifetime Achievement Award at the National Diversity Awards sponsored by Microsoft and The Guardian .

The National Diversity Awards is a prestigious black tie event which celebrates the excellent achievements of grass-root communities that tackle issues in today’s society, giving them recognition for their dedication and hard work. The categories for the awards are as follows: Positive Role Model, Community Organisation, Community Organisation – Multi Strand, Entrepreneurial of Excellence, Diverse Company and Lifetime Achiever!

Pauline is also the founder of BEFFTA (Black Entertainment Film Fashion Television and Arts) Awards and joins the likes of Baraka Obama and Divock Origi among others who are excelling in their respective profession and have Kenyan roots.
