A galactic paycheck of 30,000 pounds per week amid other endorsements, great talent to accompany it and of course a lot of hype and fame. You and I can agree that the lives of Victor Wanyama and his big brother Mcdonald Mariga are definitely interesting.

Both from reputable clubs, England’s Southampton and Italy’s Lacio respectively, they have defied all odds and set quite the precedent in Kenya. They are a both and inspiration and envy to many so it’s very much okay when we unknowingly find ourselves following their lives.

I have been particularly very curious as to how they spend their weekends when they are looking to unwind and finally I have gotten my answer. They are both adrenaline junkies. Actually the whole family is as they were spotted in the heart of Kiganjo, Nyeri County at the swanky Chaka Ranch having a time of their lives.

Apparently they engaged in quad bike riding, playing paintball, playing bubble soccer and showed off some karaoke skills later on that evening bringing the whole place to a standstill.

The place is slowly gaining popularity as the ultimate weekend getaway and team building destination as hardly a week passes without a famous Kenyan spending the weekend at the ranch.Only recently Akothee was spotted there, Mike Sonko as well while Churchill, Jeff koinange, Maina Kageni are said to be regular visitors.

Only recently Ghafla learnt that a big Tanzanian Bongo artist spent his weekend at Chaka Ranch with a huge entourage and it’s only a matter of time before we confirm who it was.
