At Only 21, Could DJ Trancic Be Taking Over Nairobi’s Entertainment Scene?

So what exactly makes one a good DJ? Is it the swag? Is it their ability to keep patrons on their feet or is it the ability to synchronize jams in the smoothest ways? Or maybe it’s the ability to sample all types of music?

Whatever the case might be, there is one DJ doing all that and maybe more and he’s only 21. Yes, while most 21 year olds are busy gallivanting in keg bars, he’s busy working and hustling hard. And it’s paying off as he’s capable of making at least 10,000 in only a matter of hours.

I came across him the other day playing in some private function and he caught my attention; as a matter of fact he caught the attention of many. Rocking some Reebok sneakers coupled up with some miniature dreads, he really had a way with the crowds. The composure, the confidence and the passion had me thinking he had been doing this for a couple of years only to be told it’s only for a few months; I was dumbfounded.

I’m inclined to state he’ll be taking over Nairobi but that wouldn’t be fair at all; I’ll let you be the judge. And you can start by sampling him at Picco lounge at South B shopping Centre tonight. Trust me, you’ll be blown away.
