There are those dresses and skirts that when ladies wear, they know what will happen. People (read men) will ogle and some even whistle because they are simply too revealing and makes them stand out in a crowd.

However, short dresses can still be worn and look without being confused for a hooker. You know? Like the ones you’ve seen at your favourite joint with club-rat-style shoes and way too much make up and ‘horse’ hair.
