Celebrated Ugandan Comedian Makes it on Churchill Show

There’s no doubt that Churchill Show is the biggest comedy show in the region. No wonder when Churchill announced that the show will be hitting the road the news was positively received as thousands came out in huge numbers in Mombasa.

And now the show is set to host one of the biggest Ugandan comedians. Alex Muhangi has reportedly been having sleepless nights after he was called up to perform at Churchill Show today.

“Performing on Churchill Show is a great opportunity for me and I am waiting for that day to prove to Kenyans that Uganda’s comedy industry has moved to another level,” Muhangi told Red Pepper.

Alex AKA Aleku is one of the best stand-up comedians in Uganda from the group The Crackers – a group of comedians that has raised the stand-up comedy bar in Uganda.

Among his famous performances is “Kiprotich the only man can Facebook with a calculator”.
