Coca-Cola Hires DJ Mo

So far, it’s safe to say that it has been a very successful year for 2013 Deejay of the Year at Groove Awards, DJ Mo. The award-winning deejay has just landed himself yet another major gig before the year comes to a close.

This Thursday, Mo will be the official spinmaster on the decks when the FIFA World Cup Trophy, heralded as the world’s most coveted trophy, will make a very rare visit to Kenya, courtesy of beverage giant, Coca-Cola. This will be his one of his major events this year after the Nescafe Red-sensation party.

It’s rumoured that the Coke deal will see Mo rake in big cash for the man-hours on the wheels of steel.

Kenya will be among 88 countries that will host the World Cup Trophy as it makes a 267-day journey across the world on-board a 40-seater McDonnell Douglas (MD) 83 aircraft. This tour will also see the singer of 2014 World Cup anthem jet into the country.
