The 2012 Mobile Entertainment Africa (MEA 2012) summit is going to take place this August 2012, from the 29th to the 20th in Cape Town, South Africa, bringing together stakeholders from across not just the continent but the world to talk about the next frontier of entertainment – hand held devices.

This market will be broken down into key sections namely Gaming, Film/Broadcast/TV, Football, Music, Big Players Perspectives and Publishing. These avenues will form the backbone of the conference.

Selected thought and business leaders, such as MemeBurn CEO Michelle Atagana, Brandtone South Africa GM Lynne Gordon, Bozza CEO Emma Kaye and Balancing Act Editor Russell Southwood, will present their views in a series of presentations where they will discuss their experiences through case studies, how they managed to monetise the opportunity as well as how they’re looking to expand, the issues they’ve overcome and their thoughts on the future of their businesses.
