Once you sift through the family ties, you find that this lad is Jomo Kenyatta’s nephew i.e Uhuru Kenyatta’s 1st degree cousin!

Did you know that the song “Daima Mkenya” by Eric Wainaina is used by Tanzania’s national radio (TBC aka Radio Taifa) as it’s score? Yup, our brothers just south of the border love this song enough to use it as a score but they truncate it at the “daima mkenya” bit.
