DJ Joe Mfalme To Spend His Birthday With Nameless & Kids In Hospital
DJ Joe Mfalme is giving his time for this great cause.
The famed Capital FM DJ has a lot to be thankful for as he celebrates his birthday on Tuesday next week. He is one of the most in-demand DJs in the country, he’s a Capital FM Mixmaster, Channel O Bassment Africa DJ, East Africa’s official Pioneer Pro DJ representative and African Global DJ Award nominee including other accolades and positions.
He will spend his birthday together with Nameless, friends and abandoned children at the Kenyatta National Hospital. He will also be making visits throughout the week for the 7 Days of Christmas campaign.
Did you know that there are 770 little angels spread across six wards at the Kenyatta National Hospital who might be spending their 2013 Christmas on a hospital bed, away from the comfort of their homes.
Some of these suffer various ailments while others have been abandoned by their parents who have been unable to cope with their children’s condition.
In this regard, Plume Consultants, in conjunction with the Kenyatta National Hospital, its partners and well wishers are hosting a seven-day Christmas celebration for the children in the wards.
The entire week (Monday, 9th December to Sunday, 15th December) will be a preparation of the children’s will take place on 15th December between 2.00 p.m. and 5.00 p.m.
Organizations and different groups are invited to take up one day each to carry out a cleanup exercise of the ward, distribute toys and other gifts alongside taking time to spend time and play with the kids.
You can also contribute towards the projects by donating any item that might make Christams for the children worthwhile. Donations by members of the public can be made between 9.00 a.m. and 6.00 p.m. from Monday to Friday at the following places:
