Ferdinand Waititu Babayao chickens out of a live interview on JKL with William Kabogo

The much anticipated Ferdinand Waititu/William Kabogo showdown that was expected last night failed to happen because Kabete MP cowed into silence.

Jeff Koinange invited all hopefuls for Kiambu gubernatorial seat for an interview at his show on Citizen TV – only the incumbent governor turned up.

Ferdinand Waititu, who has long been perceived to be the frontrunner in the race for Kiambu top seat, also chickened out of the interview.

Jeff revealed that he invited all candidates for Kiambu gubernatorial seat for the interview and they all declined, with exception of governor Willian Kabogo.

“I have invited ALL THE candidates for the KIAMBU top job and the ONLY confirmation I got was governor Kabogo..The rest DECLINED! “ Jeff tweeted.

Kabogo used the opportunity to sell himself and defend the work he has done in Kiambu for the last four years. And if the interview on JKL is anything to go by, then Ferdinand Waititu will need serious prayers to unseat Kabogo.
