Jane Mukami and her family are currently in mourning and this is after their younger brother, 28 year old ex-military man committed suicide earlier on today.

Why? Because the system wouldn’t just let them help him. They suspect he had Post Traumatic Stress Disorder and attempts to get him into a rehab or any other psychological facility was an exercise in futility.
