For The First Time Ever Willy Paul Responds To Allegations He Stole Songs From Bahati

When Bahati launched  a scathing attack on Willy Paul early this year, the country was thrown onto the pitch for an entertaining face-off between the two gospel wonder kids.

Bahati accused Willy Paul of colluding with producer Teddy B to steal his song, change a few lines and make them his own before releasing them to the public.

However, the entertaining face-off Kenyans expected never happened as Willy Paul Msafi chose to remain silent and instead go ahead to release one of the songs he allegedly stole from Bahati.

Months after it happened, Willy Paul has come out to shed light on the same.

This is the very first time the singer has opened up about the accusations leveled against him by Bahati. This comes days after Bahati scooped all the four major awards at the recently concluded Groove Awards. Willy Paul walked home with nothing.

Even though the two buried the hatchet a few months ago and made peace, the issue of stealing Bahati’s songs has always haunted Willy Paul and in a piece I penned on Monday I told you how this worked in favour of Bahati.

A few hours ago, Willy Paul opened a forum for his fans to ask him any questions on his facebook fanpage.

And one of the questions Willy Paul was asked is to clarify if indeed he stole Bahati’s songs and especially the Vigelegele song.

Willy Paul opened up and said:

willyyyyy

Willy Paul Msafi: “All the songs I have are mine I have never stolen from anyone… Van”

Finally the singer has come out of the closet to lay off the suspicion Kenyans have lived with all along.
