Former Partners To Reunite At Sepetuka

One of them provided back-up vocals for the other. They reunite for this year’s Sepetuka Music Festival.

The queen of urban soul, Fena Gitu, who was also Muthoni Ndonga and Dela’s vocalist, will be performing at the Sepetuka Music Festival. She is known for her songs Fenamenal woman, Down, Africa Massive, Dutch and Brikicho.

Muthoni Ndonga now shares the stage with her protege. The Drummer Queen has grown from an entertainment sideline act to a branded, renown songwriter, flow-poet and entrepreneur. She is the founder & CEO of Blankets & Wine, a popular monthly music festival that fuses picnicking and the showcasing of emerging genres of Urban-African music. As an artist, her prowess with her drumsticks and her lyrical flow are a mind-blowing.

The 2013 edition of Sepetuka takes place on Saturday, November 30th at The Carnivore grounds. With over 25 participating deejays from all over the world and various local artistes playing a variety of genres, this will certainly be a crowd-puller.

The event will feature a rich mixture of entertainment including dance arenas, live acts, new age lighting shows and an incredible atmosphere. With the line-up, you can see that there is something for everyone.
