Jaluo kichwa ngumu! Gor Mahia’s Jaro Soja tries the patience of the court as he blatantly skips court session oblivious of repercussions

Ardent Gor Mahia fan, Jaro Soja, disputed claims that he was facing arrest for being in contempt of court over assault charges.

Rumours were strife there was an arrest warrant out for him for skipping a court session last Friday on October 7.

Jaro had in February this year allegedly assaulted the club’s Organising Secretary David Kilo at the Nyayo National Stadium during K’Ogalo’s 2-1 loss to Madagascan side CNaPS.

Jaro claims he was ill and had travelled to his rural home in Siaya County and could not attend court last Friday.

He later presented himself at the Kibera Law Court on Monday, October 10th and produced a medical report to the ge.

Jaro now says the judge accepted his medical report and dismissed the notion that he was facing arrest.

He says he will soon attend court at a later date for the continuation of his case.

Jaro has since maintained that the altercation with Kilo was an unfortunate incident and says the two remain friends.
