Janet Mbugua Reveals How It Was Like Wedding While She Is Pregnant

Janet Mbugua, much to the disappointmet of team mafisi and other numberless admirers, wedded in a colourful ceremony at Chaka Ranch at the beginning of May this year.

The celebrated Citizen TV siren was walked down the aisle by her long-term fiancé Eddie Ndichu, a banker by profession.

However, the two had married early on in a traditional Kikuyu ceremony famously known as ruracio.

And during this very special day that Janet assumed a new title (Mrs.Ndichu), Janet was already carrying Eddie’s child as she reveals through her blog.

According to the TV personality, assuming a new title was the best feeling she had on that day, and she has not regretted choosing Ndichu over the rest of the folks who were dying to have her hand in marriage.

But behind the smile she so embraced as she danced on that material day, Janet was carrying life, and needed everything possible to ensure the child was feeling perfect.

She advises that:

“If pregnant and planning a wedding, be sure to have a great team around you in case you’re too fatigued to carry out some of the planning yourself. The one thing that I feel a bit bad about is that I was sick throughout most of the planning for my wedding day, I let a lot of things slip because I just didn’t have the energy to attend key meetings or run around to ensure certain things where running smoothly (thus the importance of getting a great Wedding Planner!). Alternatively, wait until you’ve had the baby, settle down a bit and then plan the wedding. Do what works for you!”
