Jua ni Kali!

Genge rapper Jua Kali is tredding in long time friend, Nonini’s footsteps, becoming bigger in the music industry with every new track. His very first single, Ruka, introduced him to the music scene with a bang. I still nod my head to the single every time I hear it.

To this year, the reception to his music is still the same. His latest single,

‘Baba yao’ is a huge heat in the radio stations and TV music mix. He might just have a soft spot for animation seeing as this is his second video that is animated, the first beeing ‘Miaka’.

Jua Kali has even switched up his wardrobe, from  buggy trousers and huge boots to a more casual look as he stated in the Pulse magazine. We’ve never heard about his love life though… am curious, is he ‘baba yao’ in that sector?
