Amber Ray Asks For Help Increasing Breast Milk Supply

Socialite Amber Ray has taken to social media to ask for help increasing her breast milk supply. The mother of one, who welcomed her son, Zion, in May, says she has been struggling to produce enough milk to feed her baby.

In a post on her Instagram account, Amber said she has tried everything she can think of to increase her milk supply, including eating lactation cookies, taking pills, and pumping more often. However, she says she is still only able to produce about 50ml of milk per feeding.

“I’m really stressed out about this,” Amber wrote. “I know that breast milk is the best for my baby, and I want to be able to provide for him. If any other moms have any tips, please share them with me.”

Amber’s post has resonated with many other mothers, who have shared their own experiences with low milk supply. Some of the tips that have been offered include:

  • Breastfeeding on demand. This means feeding your baby whenever they are hungry, even if it is only been a short time since their last feeding.
  • Skin-to-skin contact. Holding your baby skin-to-skin can help to stimulate milk production.
  • Massaging your breasts. Massaging your breasts before and during feeding can help to increase milk flow.
