Bishop Margaret Wanjiru’s multiethnic family grows bigger as her daughter exchanges vows with a Luhya man in USA (Photos)

Bishop Margaret Wanjiru’s daughter Purity Kariuki walked down the aisle with her sweetheart in a colorful wedding ceremony held in Atlanta, Georgia, USA.

Bishop Wanjiru couldn’t be happier when her daughter got married a man from a different ethnic community. The Jesus is Alive Ministries founder travelled to US to witness her Purity exchange vows with Michael Litunda in a colorful private wedding ceremony  held on Saturday May 20th.

Wanjiru said that she raised her family to love and appreciate everyone irrespective of their ethnicity in her address to guests at the wedding.

She also revealed that her multiethnic family had only grown bigger; Wanjiru disclosed that her first son Steven Kariuki (incumbent Mathare MP) married a woman from the Rabai tribe while her second son Evans Kariuki has an African-American wife.

Michael and Purity were already living together even before they exchanged vows on Saturday. The two lovebirds are blessed with two children.
