What I hate most about being a social media influencer or relying on the digital space for money/ sponsorship is that sometimes you have to lie. You have to pretend to be okay Even if you are not. You have to smile, laugh infront of the camera, post , interact with your fans even if you don’t feel like it.

The tricky part is when you got a sponsor n have to now post things to keep your engagement high…
Anyway, what am saying is, social media is not a way of checking up on how your friend/family member is doing . They might be posting tbt photos or videos making them look current.. just check up on people you really care. It’s just work as it is to you who might be reporting to a physical office n do your duties… Here our hr is different it’s the insights????…”
