Court exonerates DJ Fatxo! And he finally responds to Kenyans

DJ Fatxo has finally been exonerated by the courts as they declared the lack of sufficient evidence to tie the Kikuyu music artist and DJ to the mysterious death of Jeff Mwathi.

He had a statement for his fans and Kenyans in general. Taking to his social media account he said:

Dear fans, Followers & The General Public.

I hope you are all doing well. I wanted to address the recent allegations that have been circulating about me and my involvement in the death of my friend Jeff Mwathi.

First and foremost, I want to express my deepest sympathies to Jeff’s family and friends, and to anyone else who has been affected by this situation. I know that this has been a difficult time for many people, and I want to acknowledge the pain and hurt that has been caused by these accusations.

I also want to take this opportunity to clear my name and to assure you all that I have been found not guilty after thorough investigations by the DCI detectives and the ODPP. While I am relieved to have this behind me, I know that there are still people who may be struggling with feelings of anger, frustration, and disappointment.

I want to use this situation to remind all of us of the importance of not jumping to conclusions or cyberbullying anyone based on mere accusations or hearsay stories. As many of you know, I have gone through a very difficult period both emotionally and physically, and I know firsthand how damaging and hurtful it can be to be on the receiving end of false accusations and cyberbullying.

Let’s all take a moment to reflect on how we can be more compassionate, understanding, and respectful towards each other. I understand that this situation may have been difficult for some of you, and I want to encourage everyone to seek out the facts and to approach this situation with an open mind and a compassionate heart. Let’s use this situation as an opportunity to come together, to learn from each other, and to grow as individuals and as a community.

Thank you for your continued support and understanding during this difficult time. I appreciate each and every one of you, and I hope that we can all move forward with grace and love.

Sincerely,
Lawrence Wagura (DJ Fatxo)
