Eric Omondi Explains Why He Demands Ksh50 Million To Reveal Daughter’s Face

Kenyan comedian Eric Omondi and his partner Lynne welcomed their daughter Kyla Omondi days ago. The comedian has maintained that he will not reveal his daughter’s face unless he is paid Ksh50 million by a brand or individual.

However, Omondi said he is open to negotiating. Those with Ksh6 million can see her ears, Ksh5 million for her nose, Ksh13 million for her smile, and Ksh24 million for her eyes.

In an interview with Radio Jambo, Omondi made it clear that he does not want to expose his daughter’s face for his own personal benefit, but is doing it for Kenyans who are suffering in these difficult economic times. He said that this is just a way to raise money so that he can help people.

Recently, Omondi managed to raise at least Sh600,000 for a mother whose son Pyden Mudoga is admitted at KNH battling a rare condition.

Omondi’s decision to charge for the reveal of his daughter’s face has been met with mixed reactions. Some people have praised him for his creativity and for finding a way to raise money for charity. Others have criticized him for being insensitive and for exploiting his daughter.

Only time will tell how much money Omondi will be able to raise for charity with this unique fundraising campaign. However, it is clear that he is committed to helping others, even if it means putting his own daughter’s privacy at risk
