Eric Omondi raised over 140,000 Kenyan Shillings during his recent show in Tanzania.

The funnyman used his stage to appeal to the audience to donate money to him, citing the high cost of living in Kenya. He said that he wanted to use the money to help cushion some of the most vulnerable Kenyans from the economic hardship.

Omondi also revealed plans to start a worldwide tour called the “Woiyee Tour” to raise even more money for Kenyans in need. The tour is scheduled to begin in August and will visit countries around the world.
