Father of KCPE top performer sends Lillian Muli heartwarming message after she was trolled online

Lillian Muli faced off with online trolls following her interview with KCPE top performer Goldalyn Kakuya. Harrison Webo has since contacted Lillian after she was trolled over the interview with his daughter.

Goldalyn Kakuya was interviewed on Citizen TV alongside her mother and father. The 14-year-old scored the highest marks in 2017 KCPE.

Lillian Muli rubbed some people the wrong way when she dragged boyfriend issue during the interview. The Citizen TV anchor asked Goldalyn’s mother whether she has ever encountered boyfriend drama with her daughter.

We’re very grateful Lillian

Goldalyn’s parents are cool even though some people are vexed by Lillian’s question. Goldalyn’s father Harrison Webo contacted Lillian Muli after the interview to express his gratitude

“Hello Madam Lillian! I was and still i am very happy with you and the Royal Media fraternity for thrilling show with my family. I have really received a lot of congratulatory messages and calls,” Harrison Webo texted Lillian Muli.

Your services have not been sought

Lillian shared the text from Goldalyn’s father to hit back at critics who have been on her nerves. She says the text is all the validation she needs.

“My final comment on this..for all you ambulance chasers trying to play advocate where your services have not been sought this is all the validation I need. Don’t forget I am a professional and I believe I am damn good at what i do! Only my editors can tell me otherwise. I personally made this call to The father of this child and happened to secure the first Live TV interview. Who should be offended over what you say was offensive? You or her folks? Thanks for reminding me what matters at the end of the day is the people that see the good in others. Don’t tell me this is not necessary it has given me closure on this issue,” wrote Lillian Muli.
