Former Auntie Boss actress Nyce Wanjeri unceremoniously dumped by her husband
Titus Wagithomo has announced the end of his marriage with former Auntie Boss actress Nyce Wanjeri. He cited several reasons for dumping his wife.
Titus unceremoniously announced the end of his marriage in a post on social media. The shocking announcement comes just two months after Nyce Wanjeri’s acting career got a major boost.
She won Best Actress Comedy Movie/TV Series award in the 2018 Africa Magic Viewers’ Choice Awards (AMVCA) in September, and she recently landed a new job after quitting Auntie Boss over contractual differences.
Nyce’s career, the source of all trouble
Titus states that he decided to end his marriage with Nyce because her successful career had made her neglect her duties and responsibilities as a mother and a wife.
He explains that his actress wife has turned out to be an absentee mother who has no time for her family. Titus and Nyce have a grown daughter aged 7.
“Why am I using Facebook? My marriage is over. So painful I swear. I saw it coming though. Success causes absenteeism, lack of bonding and lack of family time. Why did I imagine we we last forever? We are both artists. It’s not normal. It doesn’t work,” Titus Wagithomo wrote on Facebook.
