Kenyans on Twitter (KOT) have come up with a simple formula to determine the years Ann Wanjiku should serve in prison or the amount of money she should be fined.

The calculation is based on a court ruling on a case involving a clerk at Huduma Centre in Kibera who was fined Kes 500,000 for receiving a Kes 2,500 bribe to facilitate the processing of a client’s birth certificate.

Justina Syonzua Malela, a clerk at Huduma Center Kibera, was on Thursday May 24th 2018 fined Kes 500,000 for the receiving a bribe from Naomi Syombua Musyoka for processing a birth certificate
