How would you feel as a woman after a 10-year waiting for your first born child? Not everyone would have such patience, especially for a married couple.
This is what gospel musician Evelyn Wanjiru and her hubby Agundabweni had to endure before welcoming their first born.
Today, they celebrate their first born son Mshindi, who has just turned 5 months. Taking to her social media, Wanjiru penned a sweet message:
“My son Mshindi A.A is now 5 months + Yeahhh 🙌🏽…. the Grace that is given to mothers unbelievable. Motherhood is a full-time job the most challenging, as well as beautiful and utmost satisfying vocation in this world. Just looking at how his tiny hand fits my parm…soon he will be the one standing tall before me….funny how ati sasa anatowa words dada…daddy dadaada🙆🏽♀️🤷🏽♀️… guys you should see how @agundabweni anabambika some told me Mshindi recognize leadership😄😄😄…kila wakati yes baba am here…..it’s not fair he should start with mama…🤔😊 coz I spend 70% of the time with him ….jamani…kinamama….oyeee….”
Baby Mshindi Akweyu Agundabweni, arrived on April 6, a day before the couple’s 10th wedding anniversary.
Evelyn and her hubby decided to name their son Mshindi after their dad passed on.
After he passed on, we were talking and I asked him, ‘If we happen to get a child, what would you want me to name the child?’ And he was straight to the point: If it’s a boy, call him Mshindi.
