Relief Washes Over Music Producer as Missing Daughter Found

Following days of anxious searching, music producer Wuod Fibi’s 16-year-old daughter, Upendo, has been found safe. Upendo had gone missing after attending the end-of-year crossover service at Holy Trinity Church in Buruburu, Nairobi, on Sunday.

Taking to social media, an overjoyed Fibi expressed his immense gratitude to everyone who helped share the news and assisted in the search. He extended heartfelt thanks to friends at the DCI, fans, local police, Missing Child Kenya Foundation, Kenyan bloggers, media outlets, and individuals who prayed and spread the word about Upendo’s disappearance.

“I am overwhelmed with joy concerning the love you have shown us,” Fibi wrote. “We will come back to thank you specially.”

Earlier, Fibi had pleaded with anyone with information to contact him or report it to the nearest police station. The outpouring of support and the successful outcome of the search brought immense relief to the family and those who followed the story.
