A few months or rather about a year ago Sheila Mwanyigha hit the gym to work on her weight and after a while the results looked amazing…however she is now back at it since she seems to have gained quite some weight.

The former Nation FM host shared a new photo through her instagram page to show fans how determined he was to get back her body back as she also maintains a healthy lifestyle.

Looking at her photos from early March one can notice the sudden weight gain throughout until now that she has decided to do something about it.

Not that she looks too big but judging from the foods we now eat and lazy lifestyle we live – it is important to stay in shape in order to have a longer healthy life!

We however wish her the best in the new journey since it is no secret that working out and losing weight is never easy.
