In an exclusive interview with Ghafla the Dreamscape hitmaker explained that Shakila is a poor role model to young girls since she prides herself in sleeping around with men.

He went on to explain that the socialite should find better things to do with her life instead of posing as a prostitute to get her name known.

“I think she is setting a bad example to many people, especially young girls who will now think that what she is doing is the right way to go about life.

“There is nothing that is good about priding yourself in selling your body or sleeping with many celebrities as a way of life. It is utterly wrong,” Blacowp stated.

He opined that someone who is 19 like Shakila has a bright future ahead of her instead of wasting her time sleeping with men for money.

“There is a lot that she can do with her time and there are many good career options that are available at her disposal in case she decided to pursue them,” he added.

Blacowp fell in love with music at the tender age of 5 and he says that his mother used to take videos of him singing along to the songs that she would play on the stereo, little did he know that it would blossom into a career.

He says that Kenyan boy band Sauti Sol has had a big influence on him. When he was young, he really looked up to them and he still does. Blacowp also says that the ‘King of Pop’ Michael Jackson inspires him.

About a month ago, he released his first official single titled Dreamscape and the song, which talks about seeking a world that does not really exist to escape from reality, has been getting good reception.
