Prophet Victor Kanyari commends Betty Bayo, his ex-wife, for her abilities in co-parenting

Controversial preacher Victor Kanyari has publicly commended his former spouse, gospel musician Betty Bayo, for her exceptional co-parenting skills.

Kanyari, who recently gained popularity on TikTok, praised Betty during a live session after a brief interaction with their daughter, Sky, who now resides in the US.

During the session, Pastor Kanyari spoke warmly of his children’s accomplishments and proudly shared that he has been financially supporting their education.

“I am currently covering their school fees, amounting to almost one million Kenyan shillings every term,” Kanyari disclosed.

The leader of Salvation Healing Ministry went on to encourage other parents to prioritize their children’s well-being, even after parting ways.

“Let’s prioritize the children’s welfare, even if we go our separate ways,” he urged.

While acknowledging Betty’s remarriage, Kanyari also spoke positively about her new husband. “Even her husband is a good person,” he added.

However, Pastor Kanyari also expressed his desire to find a new life partner, stating:

“But I haven’t found a woman to marry. I desire to find a wife and get married; that’s all I want.”

Reflecting on the reasons for their failed marriage, Kanyari admitted that they were young and inexperienced when they tied the knot.

Gospel singer Betty Bayo has clarified her marital status, stating that she was never married to controversial pastor Victor Kanyari.

Bayo made the revelation during a taping of the gospel reality show, “Oh Sister.” She said that she had never been married twice, and that she was currently in a happy relationship with a man she had met after her split from Kanyari.

During an interview with SDE Kanyari himself denied being responsible; citing that she got pregnant after publicly denying being his wife during the ‘310church scandal.’ With Kanyari denying the pregnancy in 2015 we were all convinced that he was indeed cheated on but oh well – it is life!

Betty Bayo has lately been sharing word of advice to married and divorced couples using her social media pages. Although Akothee had exhausted this category of life; gospel singer Betty Bayo has come with a new angel of helping broken or almost broken marriages.

So far we have seen the singer urge Size 8 not to leave DJ Mo just because he cheated on her. According to Betty Bayo, cheating is no longer considered a good reason of leaving a marriage; and to our surprise Size 8 actually never left.

The ‘gospel’ couple marked their 7th wedding anniversary just recently; leaving kamati ya roho chafu asking what happened as they expected Size 8 to walk out on the cheating DJ. But again, this was good as it has taught many to mind their business when it comes to matters of the heart.

Controversial gospel singer Betty Bayo has sent out a special message encouraging Size 8 not to give up on her marriage despite DJ Mo cheating.

According to Betty Bayo cheating is not an offense to make a woman give up on her marriage and the life she spent building. This message comes just a few hours after DJ Mo was exposed for having a 4 year affair with a certain lady, Margret.

Pastor Kanyari’s ex-wife, Betty Bayo is on the receiving end of trolls after leaking her private chats with alleged rich sponsor dishing out lucrative offers just to make her his wife.

As seen in the leaked screenshot, one ‘Martin’ asks the gospel singer whether she did what he had told her, which was to get prepared to marry him and stay committed, because he wants her.

The man in question asked Betty to look for a house ranging between KSh 150k to 18ok so that he can get it fully furnished and to make her feel like the queen she is. “Bayo you deserve me,” the chat continued.

Only for her secret admirer to clarify that she did not have to make it public that they are together. All she needed to do was get a man she can marry for public image then a dear Martin can pay the man KSh 100k monthly just to disguise himself as Bayo’s husband.

Pastor Kanyari is not comfortable with how his ex wife has been talking about their past relationship on social media.

According to the pastor, Betty has been mentioning her everywhere; yet she also happens to have other exes she can talk about on her page.

He went on to add that after their break up, he now has no reason to fight for what they had;

Betty Bayo was once in love with her husband Pastor Kanyari; but after the controversial preacher got exposed for conning members of his church, things then took a drastic change.

Betty Kyalo will be having West Pokot Governor, John Lonyangapuo, on her next show “Up Close With Betty’.

Taking to social media, Kyalo confirmed that was given a Pokot name after the candid interview with the popular county head.

“My new Pokot name Asis Sotin Cheporwala (Sun) given by the people and the good Governor John Lonyangapuo. Good morning,” she wrote on her social media.

Betty also added that the governor has a very warm personality.

“For real, he is hilarious! Such an amazing leader. Enjoying the shoot. You guys will love it!” she said.

As expected, Kenyans warned Betty not to marry the governor.

“We will be happy if you accept to be the second lady of our governor,” one user wrote.

“Betty I hope that’s not dowry being presented at the back,” said another.

“Betty, you should get married now. The clock is really ticking. I am single and looking. That said, being a second wife is not a good idea. It’s like having a car spare tire.”

TV news anchor Betty Kyalo has dated several well-known people. This has not been a good experience for the mother of one.

She has now vowed never to fall for a public figure because it comes with a huge price. Speaking with Jalang’o, Kyalo, who has just turned 30, she confessed that dating a celeb comes with a huge set of drama and she’s not ready to entertain all that.

“I’m happy financially, and the other thing is I said I don’t want to date anyone who is in the public limelight, again,” she said.

Lately, TV stations have been struggling to break even as competition stiffens. In the process, one TV station has been winning big: Citizen TV.

Royal Media Services has been poaching presenters and employees left right and center from other TV station as they continue to grow their brand.

NTV has been affected more as most if not all anchors are now at Citizen. It seems KTN is also heading on the same patch after Citizen TV managed to convince Swahili news anchor Mashirima Kapombe to join their team.

Mashirima moved from NTV to KTN in 2013 after a three-year stint the media house. It’s not yet clear whether what her role at Citizen TV will be but she might be among the once listed to replace Kanze Dena.

Mohammed Ali and John Allan Namu’s exposé revealed how Kanyari was savage in milking the public dry. The preacher’s ex wife Betty Bayo however hasn’t watched the investigative to date.

Ali’s 2014 exposé basically illustrates how Kanyari performed fake miracles and made faithful send him money. Betty Bayo left her husband shortly after the investigative was dropped.

The gospel singer opened up about her ex husband in an interview with SDE. Bayo reveals that she has never watched the investigative and that she wasn’t shocked by what her husband was doing.

“There was a power blackout in my home on that day. And I did not watch it. Still haven’t. I deserve to save my data bundles for things that entertain me. And this is in the least bit not entertaining. Why would I watch it? I already know what was on it because everyone told me about it. And it is a sad story,” said Betty Bayo.

Co-parenting

Bayo also reveals that she is co-parenting with Kanyari even though they haven’t met for the last two years. She however asserts that her ex husband has a good relationship with their two children.

“I haven’t seen him for the last two years. But our children, aged two and five, have a good relationship with him. We have an arrangement that works for us. While I have my personal feelings about him and what our relationship was like, his children don’t have to know or be affected by that,” says Betty.

Renowned gospel singer Betty Bayo has opened up about her life with Kayari years after breaking up. The two apparently had a bitter ending after the lady realized that her husband had been running a false ministry.

Betty Bayo then walked out and maintained her silence for months despite the media wanting to hear her side of the story.

But thanks to a recent interview done by Jeremy Damaris; a presenter on a US based TV station (Kikuyu Diaspora), Betty Bayo opened up about her life revealing some details we knew nothing about.

When asked whether she stuck around with the husband after he was exposed she said,

“At first I was so wounded with the whole issue, and as you know, no one would want to be in that situation where everyone is looking at you as a bad person, but sometimes God uses such situations so that other people can learn from your issue.”

Was her career affected by the scandal

According to Betty Bayo, she did not let the stories get in her head. She moved on with her life without focusing on what was going on around her. Her career also had to continue growing in order to provide for her family.

“I have never missed any performance even after the incident. Can you imagine how hard it was? The whole world knew what was happening, but you still have to compose yourself and rise above that situation and face it no matter what. It was not easy. What I can say so far about my family is that it is at flight mode.”

Would she take Pastor Kanyari back?

When asked if she would she take him back if he ever changed, the lady said;

“I don’t think I would go back to him but that is a topic not to be discussed. But if you ask me about music, I would answer but not anything about my family because I am living and enjoying everything in God.”

Motherhood must be the best experience any woman will ever have and Betty Bayo knows this very well. The 11th hour hit maker has a daughter with pastor Kanyari and after their divorce the singer welcomed another child with an unknown fella.

So far it has been two years since Betty Bayo welcomed her son and she is thankful for the experience. On Monday 27th November the young man turned 2 years since his birth. And expected his mother had to celebrate him on her social media pages.

Through her Instagram page, Betty shared an adorable photo which she captioned saying;

In yet another post she talks about how she has been looking for a man to settle down with only to end up with none. She is however proud to have a son who she will mentor to grow up to a fine young man. She wrote saying;

“Happy birthday to me and my adorable son … the last thing I wanted was to bring you and your sister out of the family setup. If you want you can call me a strong woman .. I have been single looking for a man .. I have been married trying to keep a man. And now dating a man ..and finally, a mother trying to raise a man … your not only blessed with a hardworking mum but also an intercessor who always there interceding for your life … I have learned very important lessons in life through the hard way … above all what a mighty God we serve,”

Controversial Pastor Kanyari’s marriage fell apart a few years ago after he was exposed for being a fraud. His ex wife, Betty Bayo walked out of their marriage and went on to add that she was never married to the fella.

A few months after their ‘divorce’ Betty Bayo announced that she was expecting her second child. This left many speculating as to whether the baby was Pastor Kanyari’s.

The pastor however came out to deny being responsible for the pregnancy. Kanyari went on to make it public that his ex wife had moved on way before announcing her divorce with the man of God.

The singer then threw her baby at the Well of Worship Centre in Massachusetts, USA. After pulling this move, most of her fans were convinced that she was definitely involved with a white man.

Her son

Unlike what many thought, Betty Bayo’s son is not Caucasian. He is a handsome African boy with a little swag judging from his hair do.

His mother introduced him on her Instagram page for the first time where she shared his photos and wrote saying:
