The song dubbed Run It Back (RIB) has been ruling the airwaves since it came out a few hours ago and to be honest we also feeling it.

I really love this track and maybe it that way because it gives off a different vibe. She is singing more than rapping in Run It Back and maybe that is the reason why I can’t seem to get enough of it and boy, she has a beautiful voice.

When she sings my heart skips and the best thing about her is that she has a natural flow that will brighten your day and that is exactly what we need during this self-isolation period.

I don’t know but would I be wrong if I referred to Bey T as the Kenyan Megan Thee Stallion? Yup she’s as good as her and because we are from the same country, I’ll say that she is even better?

Run It Back is so infectious and I’ve been listening to it on repeat since it came out a few days ago. Actually, the only problem I have with it is that it’s too short. I honestly wish it was a bit longer.

The beat on this track is so sick and one of the things that I really love about it is how it blends with Bey T’s flow and vibe. Notably, the video is also impeccable.

Rapper Ronald Mwaka, better known as Tunji and famed for his Mat Za Ronga mega hit has released a new jam and we absolutely love it.

The track dubbed Bey T is all about this lass who looks, walks and talks like the female rapper. Apparently, that is the reason why Tunji can’t get enough of her.

He says he met the lady when he was roaming around Rongai and immediately he was swept off his feet. It seems the two of them clicked and now he does not want to let go of her.

To be honest, I have mixed feelings about this song. Part of me feels it’s not the kind of songs that Tunji – who made a name for himself as a rapper – should be doing while I also have a feeling that it will grow in me with time.

In as much as I appreciate the fact that he went out of his way to try a new style, I am of the opinion that this mellow vibe can’t work for him.

That said, I must say that Bey T is a beautiful composition. I really loved the rhymes and wordplay in it. If you are an lovey dovey person then I’m pretty sure that you will be hooked instantly.

The beat and instrumentation was also good. They blend really well with Tunji’s voice and make you want to listen to the song over and over.

Although I really loved the video, I didn’t know what I should make of it because it looks like it was plucked from the internet since Tunji does not appear anywhere in it. Anyway, what do I even know?

Bey T is dropping heavy bars on her latest jam ‘Nineteen’ and you should listen to it (Audio)

Upcoming female rapper Bey T, who got tongues wagging after dropping a dope verse in Khaligraph’s Khali Cartel 3, has released a new jam and it’s totally worth your time.

In the song dubbed Nineteen, the sultry lass talks about how she’s trying to make the best out of this year (2019) and how much she’s achieved at her age (19). You get it?

I’m always impressed every time I listen to a jam by Bey T because if she decides to sing, she can really sing and if it’s drop bars, no one can beat her. Yup, no one.

She really came through in her latest jam. As I was listening to it, I had to convince myself that she is Kenyan like me because, let’s be honest, this kind of talent is rare.

For most people, the first few seconds determine whether they will like a song or not and in this case, you are wowed from the moment you hit the play button.

This jam is so soft and sweet yet very addictive because Bey T decided to drop a rap verse in it and that kind of spices it up.

The beat also works for this song. It blends well with her voice and lyrics. Everything was  well put together because you just want to keep listening to this jam.

The way I see it, it is only a matter of time before this young rapper, who is often referred to as the female version of Nasty C, takes over the world. Watch out for her.

Bey T to the universe releases a new banger “Wololo”

Bey T to the universe “Wololo”. The young Kenyan rapper  is back with new jam just a few days after she engaged female socialite Tanasha Donna in a nasty beef.  She was the sole director of this song. The young rapper is doing so well and wololo shows that she ain’t leaving the music industry anytime soon.

Wololo singer: Bey T

Production of Wololo

The song is produced  by Brian Bett and directed by Bey T.  First, the video was shot in Kenyan depicting the good scenery in Nairobi. The video was well done and it is of standards. Also the quality of the audio is good. Brian Bett has given the audio a good touch. Bey T on her side has done a good thing, though she should have let someone else direct the song. This is because it opens up to a variety of ideas. In addition she has given the video a cinematic feel.

Lyrical Presentation

“Baby what’s the time? (Baby what’s the time?) Are we dancing through the night? (Are we dancing through the night?) When he get me in his sight? (When he get me in his sight?) Oh his eyes dey shine so bright (Eyes dey shine so bright).” Bey T has her words well crafted. In this first verse she is asking her lover questions on how they will spend their night.

Further into the chorus, “Wey I do like this Is a wololo, Wey I swing my hips Is a wololo, Baby make we miss Is a wololo We sing my hit Is a wololo.” The word wololo here is used more often to show the songs title. It simply means that the way she does makes people go nats.

The jam is a good one though I feel like she should have given it more energy. Giving it a rating of 5/10.
